简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为落实上海市及浦东新区服务贸易高质量发展要求，提升浦东服务贸易的国际影响力，浦东新区拟在第九届中国国际进口博览会（CIIE 2026）期间设立服务贸易展台，现拟采购第三方服务，内容包括展台整体策划、设计、搭建及运营保障服务。涵盖展台整体规划与设计、服务贸易优势领域分区展示、互动亮点设计与实施、配套服务与运营保障等全流程服务。（详见招标文件第三部分-服务需求书）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: To implement the requirements for high-quality development of trade in services in Shanghai and the Pudong New Area and enhance the international influence of Pudong’s trade in services, Pudong New Area plans to set up a trade in services booth during the 9th China International Import Expo (CIIE 2026). It intends to procure third-party services, including overall booth planning, design, construction and operation support services. The full-range services cover overall booth planning and design, zoned display of advantageous sectors of trade in services, design and implementation of interactive highlights, supporting services and operation guarantee. (See Part 3 - Service Requirements in the Bidding Documents for details.)
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至2026年11月17日。

5、本项目不允许转包；
6、本项目专门面向中小微企业采购。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Potential bidders that provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, inspection and other services for this procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project.
4. Different potential bidders with the same person as their legal representative, or having direct shareholding or management relationship with each other, shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
5. Subcontracting of this project is not allowed.
6. This project is specially for procurement by small, medium and micro enterprises.
