Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In accordance with the 2026 People-Oriented Practical Task Goals, efforts will be further intensified to accelerate the construction of public sports facilities in Pudong New Area, with plans to procure 26 Citizen Smart Fitness Stations (dual-column design). The equipment selection scope includes dual-column facilities such as upper body traction machines and space walk machines. Specific requirements are detailed in the procurement section of the tender documents.
合同履约期限：合同签订生效之日起至质保修期满（合同签订后20天供货至采购人指定地点，并完成安装调试）
The Contract Period:From the effective date of contract signing to the expiration of the warranty period (20 days after contract signing, supply to the designated location of the purchaser and complete installation and commissioning)

3.2未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单[以查询的提交首次投标文件截止之日前3年内的信用记录为准]。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 This project is specifically designed for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises; 3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) [based on the credit records within the past 3 years before the deadline for submitting the first bidding documents].
